Suggestion scheme

DEKI introduced the suggestion scheme in 1999.Ever since then the average no of suggestions received every month has kept on increasing .Last year in 2015 the average no of accepted suggestions was 309 which is about 1 suggestion per employee in 2 months.This is much lower than the target of 1 suggestion per employee per month. However in May and June 2016 we have received more than 1000 suggestions which is approximately 1.6 suggestions per employee per month. Every Saturday the employees whose suggestion have been accepted are recognized by giving them a certificate and cash reward.
