In line with its objective of being a learning organization, the company has continuously focused on training and development of its human resource. The company has developed own voice based training modules for different operations and machines and 3% of working time is spent on it. Training needs are identified through training needs assessment, performance appraisals, road map reviews and shop floor meetings. Accordingly, training schedules are drawn up and followed up through coordination to ensure that the identified needs are effectively addressed. The technical & functional skills for fresher and lateral recruits are administered through on-the-job and classroom methods.
